Ranger to Clone Himself at E Rock?

Scott Whitener
Scott Whitener has recently joined the staff at E Rock as the interpretive ranger.  He comes to us after a short stint as an interpreter at LBJ National Historical Park and some time as a special education teacher in Fredericksburg ISD.  To say he is excited about going to work is an understatement.

Expect to see:

Outdoor classroom for kids from area schools
  Campfire programs
  Full moon hike
  Trail Run with the Ranger
  Geocaching 101
  Climbing 101
  Night animal discovery walks

Scott continues the Summit Trail hikes each starting 9:00 AM each Saturday and Sunday, a continuation of the Rock Star Parties, trash collection hikes.  Scott would like to hear from you about your interest in VOLUNTEERING at scott.whitener@tpwd.texas.gov   You will find that his middle name is ENTHUSIASM!  Scott will have to clone himself if you don't help out!
