There was an almost capacity crowd at Enchanted Rock this Labor Day Weekend morning, before the heat caused most to seek the refuge of air conditioned cars, shops, restaurants, and hotel rooms. Still there, however, are a great many Boy Scouts. Hats off to their leaders, who endure the heat to give their boys the Rock experience. According to one young Scout I interviewed on the Loop Trail, "It's a lot of work, but it's worth it."
Oh, the vulture was perching. I thought you said twerking. Never mind.
